Part 1, Letter #4

This letter is intended for use if the creditor or collection agency has failed to respond to your previous disputes, or if they continue to “verify” the item without providing sufficient proof. It is specifically designed for cases where you have chosen to take legal action by filing a claim in small claims court. However, pursuing legal action is optional. If you decide not to proceed with a lawsuit, you may choose to skip ahead to Part 2, Letter 1 as an alternative next step.
